Ongoing investigations are uncovering additional electrocution deaths of US military personnel in Iraq. These deaths were designated as "accidents", "heart attacks", and "due to natural causes."
KBR was the contractor who oversaw the plumbing and electric work in US barracks.
The latest re-designation of a non-combat death:
Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class David A. Cedergren, 25, of South St. Paul, Minn., died Sept. 11, 2004, while showering. His family was told he died of natural causes.
